    Host it up at something like www.imageshack.us, copy the first link (hotlink for forums) and paste it into your signature in the User CP.

    First save whatever you want your sig to be in my picrutes. Then go to your hosting website. Then go to upload picture. Then browse and select whatever picture you want as your signature. Right click on the image and copy the adress. Then go to my controls. Edit signature. Then click on the IMG button then paste your text in there.
