    Anyone do 3d modeling or 3d art?

    It seems most people here Adobe Photoshop or ImageReady.

    I use 3dmax5, Spazz3d, Bryce, Maya, Wings3d, etc etc

    I've only used Cinema 4D and Bryce. I've been wanting to try out 3D Max, though. :)

    I have C4D and Maya 6.5, havent had a chance to mess with them yet. I d/l some tuts for both of them because I dont think either is a program to just try and mess around with to learn. I reall ylike the UI of Maya though.

    I'm thinking about buying Maya Unlimited 6.5 through an educational discount. you get a TON of money off that way, I think that the $1,700 software becomes about $200 w/ the discount

    I have 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop and Imageready...I'm still trying to learn how to use 3D Studio, it's a massive program...

    Learning C4D slowly,......but yeah other than that Photoshop and Imageready.

    I've used poser mostly but have 3ds max, cinema 4d, softimage XSI and a few others. They are fun to mess around with, but can take up a lot of hard drive space if you have a lot of models.

    I did a bit of C4d now and then but i aint that great at it...

    Im learning C3D, but i did a system restore and lost it.

    So im redownloading, once ive mastered that(kinda) im moving to C4D! :D

    Wow, i forgot I even made this topic, lol. Thanks for all the replies guys, I plan on opening a GR 3d modeling store, and will also be providing tutorials, and such and teaching people 3dmax5 and maya3d, since I love 3d modeling, and also have taken some college courses on it.

    I used C4D for a bit but never created anything really big and then once I stopped, I never picked it up again. It's still sitting around somewhere in my house. May dig it up at some point..
