Old School Renders

I was thinking about making some renders from the old school game Super Mario Bros. 1. What do you all think? Waste of time, or good idea?

I've started working on the renders. I'm hoping to have them done by the end of the day. I'm also going to do level pieces so u can actually make game levels. When I'm done I will zip all of them up and post a link so everyone can download them.

 

It might be a good idea, depends on which ones you do.

 

I'm actually going to try and rip every sprite out of the game. Level pieces and all the characters. I'm going to try and have them done by the end of the day but there is a lot of shiznit in mario bros. Hee hee.
