    All you have to do is put the file into a folder and zip the folder then use www.yousendit.com. The link will be good for 7 days or so many downloads and you can upload as much as 1 Gb. If this is not what you are looking for, sorry.

    i'm affraid to say the only prober way of doing that ( with out hacking) is to buy a host, one amazing host is invivo, which you can get a good hosting package if you buy gr premium.
