I agree with the other people, build you're own. I always build mine, have yet to buy one. (yeah yeah, so I'm only 16 and don't have the money to buy one, that's beside the point. ) I built mine for $200 (got some stuff for free, had some stuff lying around too) and it was a fair computer at the time (though it sucks now, need an upgrade bad)
There's a first time for everything you should use those 1600 for building one on your own its not hard at all and once you know you can help out the neighborhood
That graphics card is terrible considering the rest of the computer. Go for something better than that graphics wise.
