    I'm almost thinking like a movie scene for a Command & Conquer: Generals, but I'm not sure the grafx are that good in C&C.

    No it is neither. Would You like a hint???? The name of the game is
    _._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._._ (there are spaces in the name) One part of the name is the name of a game from windows3x! The game is not an old one though.
