Question What Photoshop To Get

    I have the chance to get 7.0 now for $100, or get 8.0 cs for $250. what is your opinions on what to do? thanks

    Buy CS2 for whatever it costs.

    I prefer CS... havent tried CS2 yet but i prefer CS over 7.0...

    ya i got cs2 and i think it is the best... i also got cs2 for free. i wouldnt pay that much for a program like that

    I use 7.0 and a lot of the packages and stuff that I dl at deviantart.com arent compatable with my verion. I would go for the other.

    yea, if you use downloaded resources, get the newest version possible to make sure you are compatible with everything.

    well i still use 7.0 and i think that it worx sweet tho hes rite sometimes DA downloads arent comaptible get hte 60$ Dollar CS ill have to check that out to

    I am a computer science major, getting ready to graduate and that is why I have the discount prices. The 7.0 for 100 is the whole adobe publisher bundle. Its got the pagemaker, imagecreater, photoshop 7.0 and other program with it, all for $100. The 8.0 cs is for $250 and that is the student discount for that. It that the latest version before the new CS2 that is out now? Thanks again for all the advise and info guys. Cool site too!!

    Ha, I wouldnt pay 100 - 700 dollars for photoshop in my life. Maybe 20$ but thats about it. I repsect all the hard work put into making these programs yes, but would never ever in my life pay that kind of price. Got my photoshop 7.0, CS, and CS2 for free.

    I prefer Photoshop CS out of all of them, but thats me.
