I want to make a website/forums... i will get either IPB forusm or Invsionfree. So if anyone can get a Vbulleton or IPB that will be good. anyway i want to make a new fourm and if u want to make one with me then look below for info

you need something else to be the main point of your site.. if your site is JUST a forum then good luck.. you'll need a template and actual links and everything.

I also forgot to mension that i have all of the extremepixels skins my friend buys them he owns some boards of IPB and vBulletin.
