i think they used iframes and each part of the page are separate although i'm not sure of it can be css *cascading style sheets*
no there is no css style sheet i waw it this is just an html iwant to make this sort of scroll as in the screen shots left one can scroll and the right one scrolls the whole page wht am i suppoese to du? need tutorial
