I Need Help!

I have no clue what i am doing wrong here.

How come i cannot insert (drag/drop) a render into a background i created?!?!?!

Every time i drag it from my browser (top right, next to brushes), it makes a new project.....EVERY F'ING TIME!!!!

I am just now getting the hang of photoshop and this little thing is PISSING me off!!

Any help would be great


PS- i am using photoshop 7

 

Are you actually opening the render in PS or just doing it from your browser?

Open it and drag it with the arrow tool...works for me.

 

I am dragging it from my browser..

Save it and then open it in PS 7

then marquee it or w/e and press CTRL + C and then when you are on your layer you want the render on, press CTRL + V
