    does there exist a program to make ur cpu cooler run at max rpm all the time
    becos i really need it

    HELP REALLY NEEDED

    i got a Program to speed up your CPU, but i dont think it makes your cooler run at max.

    I haven't heard of any software to do that unless it comes with your motherboard, most make the fans run at a set rpm anyway. The HSF (Heatsink-fan) I'm using has a funky D-bracket dial that allows you to change the fan speed manually, a lot of fans come with those nowadays, and theres loads of bits of kit (like the Zalman Fan-mate2) that allow you to alter the speed of your case fans but for cpu fans i'm not sure.............

    If you want to keep your CPU cool then put in more fans(if you can't or already high watt usage get a morep owerful power supply)
    And get Compound Silver which has been reviewed to cool down your cpu by at least 5degC @ www.newegg.com or BEstBuy
