Does anyone know how i gan get a IPB 2.03 for free. i am under 18 and my parents wil not pay for this stuff. i want unlimited space and bandwith. LEGAL ONLY!!!!! NO ILLEGAL STUFF! also can someone install it, and put a few mods on it also?
if you dl'ed it before it was still free it's legit b/c theirs nothing in their scripts to make you pay for it or track them. even if it did it would be illegal for them to prosecute anyone. Its like you buy a box of candy at walmart when it was on sale... when the sale is over they cant charge you $2 extra later.
