Yeh does it work when u use ie??

You may not have the latest firefox, your firewall maybe blocking it, or there maybe missing plugins

I would probs think its firewall or needs updating

also one thing u might wanna check is if ur workin offline

open the firefox browser then click the file and check if the 'Work Offline' is checked.

if it is then click it and it should all be good.

if its not that then idk

Yes, that makes a lot of sense never ever to use it, when he has a legit problem with it

If you have a problem with that, one see if a page loads up on IE, two do a spyware and adware check, and also try going into tools and checking how Firefox connects to the internet

Apparently, Bill Gates feels the same way and probably gives out the same advice.

Now back to the topic at hand............... Delete your history and cookies and reboot your computer and see if that works.
