Wmp Or Winamp?

I currently use windows media player for all my music needs, but i see numerous people use winamp...

i dont care about skins or anything, but i DO care about memory usage and stuff.

What do you use and is it worth changing to winamp from WMP?

Media Player just seems obsolete to me for playing music. Winamp is Ok but I like being able to look at all the latest music, listen to other pplz' music so that's why I use iTunes all the time

 

oh - so its not just for ipod users?

 

I use windows media player, I had winamp but i didnt really notice a difference. Windows media player works fine and there is noo need to download any stuff.

 

XMMS Rules all the other media players (And it's free, multi-platform and open-source

 

iTunes is far better.

Also, Foobar owns every other music player. :lol:

if you get winamp pro you can rip cd's to mp3's, its so easy. plus my friend has his own radio station that he only broadcasts to winamp.

no it's not. I have it myself to and I dont have an Ipod. Im using WinAmp though...for me it's the best programm. I dont know anything about the memory usings....

 

WMP - Pile of $hit

Winamp - Awesome

U shud definetely get winamp, its faster loading, uses less memory, and looks much better, its a great prog.

NO DONT the only reason winamp would be better is cause it can rip mp3s but if you have wmp 10 i would use it believe me i am a comp expert most of these peoples opions are crap

For those of you who don't have tests or don't know what I mean,

Firefox is to IE as Winamp is to WMP.

 

i use wmp i like it alot better than winamp there is really no difference tho.
