Windows Xp Skinning

    Not sure where else this post should go, so mod/admin move it if its at the wrong spot:

    My questions are rather simple, but i cant find any site that can help me, so il try my luck here.

    -What different programs can be used for winXP skinning, and where can i download them?

    -If there are any sites that have tips, instructions, or tutorials on skinning, i would like to know them as well please.

    style xp does it all, icons, theme, visual styles, logon screen, boot screens and more.

    im using theme manager right now, i love this zippo theme it runs real smooth =)
