Shut Down Problem

    Every time i shut down my dell it brings up this blue scrreen that says something is wrong and it wont shutdown and i need to unistall anything new i installed, but when i run my nortan it doestn show any thing wrong thats on my comp can u help?

    You either have a software or hardware conflict, which is causing the blue screen error message. If you added any new hardware, be sure to check to see if it is configured properly and the same goes for software.

    Or you can can scan your computer for Spyware. The blue screen popped up a lot of times for me and it turned out I had spyware. Spybot is a really good Spyware scanner.
