New MMOG coming out April 28th, looks truly awesome gonna compete against the likes of WoW. I Preorded it yesterday for about $40 and there are NO monthly subscription fee's the only cost is to buy the game, yes that's right it's FREE. I just got access to the beta which only people who pre order will have access to to, so im just downloading the client now, seriously guys it looks kool check it out www.guildwars.com
wow i didn't realize that guild wars had no subscription fees... i'll definately check that out... that's the only reason i don't play alot of the really good mmog's...
Is it a MMORPG because those aren't really my thing but I must say the game does look pretty astounding.
i was played GuildWars in one of its open beta's a while back, i actually found myself running off to one of the beaches while on a quest/mission with my m8 nd stared at the graphics and scenery while he did all the fighting lol it looks amazing, i definatly want to get it when its out, especially as it hasn't got a monthly subscription.
I played in some of the guild wars open beta events a long time ago..it was awesome, and I cant wait for the game to come out I read that there wont be monthly fees, but you will have to pay for all the expansions
Looks promising, but I wont even dare think about what it would do to my computer ... 335 Mhz Intel Processor ....BOOM!!!!
From what I hear it is just as good as WoW. My local gameing center just got betas this weekend and the only complaints I have heard are that you cant solo much and that you can only play with people in the same area as you and cant go back to previous areas. I am definatly getting this.

Question for those who have played the Beta: Some people I know haved complained that the game is to linear, similar to Diablo 2 style of story line. Not that I have much of a problem with this but is it as big of a deal as some have made it out to be?
I'm pretty sure you can go back to previous areas, because I could when I played the beta. It is true that it's hard to solo, but who plays MMO's to solo?
