    How can I make it to that my picture is not fuzzy on the edges with something sticking of the top? Is it chaning the file type? help me out here.

    i forgot what it is though.

    save the file as a .png.

    Yea, just go to save for web and save it as .PNG with transparecy selected.

    I did that but it didn't come out transparent.

    its cuz you are using internet explorer, which doenst support PNG transparencies. on firefox, its transparent.
    another option is saving it as a jpeg but making the bg the same color as the forum bg, so it looks transparent.
