So this is it guys, end of the world. How ye all holding up wherever in the world ye are now? Ireland? I've got a smooth 2km radius around my house to enjoy once a day.
I'm alive. I currently work for a place that gives out free food (hurray hot tech companies). I'm not getting free food. I've lost so much weight in 6 weeks that I look like I did back in college again. My sleeping schedule is also similar to how it was in college. I'm basically living like I did in college... except with 200k a year more income...
Yea, i'm similar, used to get 3 course mails daily, now I have to work from home _AND_ feed myself..unfortunately, not going the weight loss route! Too easy get stuff delivered and pig out! We're also tied to a 2km radius of our house over here so can't get the usual long runs / hikes in (aside from going around in circles) Work from home is fine and all but I miss the office...! Things seem a bit wild across the pond though? Ye keeping somewhat under control? I was due to attend a wedding in LA next month but that's canned/postponed til next year!
Its not the end yet, its just that the people who run this world have an Agenda that they are trying to push on people. Don't fall for everything you see on tv.
Relax, it's been much, much worse before. It's only that our generation hasn't witnessed such issues first-hand.
Ah yea, we're all very relaxed, Ireland starting to open up a bit today. Barbers back open. Distance restrictions finally opened up, can go beyond the 20k radius. Masks mandatory on public transport. Cases down to single digits. Travel's fucked though.
Well if people will do their part and protect themselves as well as others, we’ll be out of it eventually. But yes it does suck the new norm.
Masks mandatory my hole. Got forced onto a bus a few days ago, maybe 1-2 people had a mask (including me) and even the damn driver wasn't wearing one. Yes, I made a new account on a 20 year old forum to post this. Unban my original account Shaggy you COWARD. <3
Been isolating on the Isle of Arran with my partner and her in laws during this whole ordeal. My partner recently gave birth to our second kid, so we've had to take a bit more extra care. Been fun! Things are slowly going back to normality in Scotland, just glad we're not in England.
