Rounded edges with Rounded Rectangle Tool

    I have this problem with Rounded Rectangle Tool that it leaves half-transparent 1px line on the sides:

    anybody knows how to get rid of it? Switching anti-alias off makes corners sharp :/

    Use illustrator.

    Using Vector graphics in web design is the problem here... why would he use illustrator?
