So, it's been a while since I made anything with PS, but, having just gotten CS5, I thought I would try again. I want to do more photoediting stuff in the future but I thought I would start by doing something I used to be decent at: signatures. Any C&C would be greatly appreciated.

I really like this sig! (And, I'm a huge fan of Lupe.)
The render looks a little grainy.

little too grainy for me (oversharpened?)
    overal still looks good though
maybe a little pointer: the little triangle bottom right really breaks the sig and messes up your focus points, my advice would be to get it a bit closer to the render or even skip the whole thing

Yeah, I oversharpened, especially around his forehead. I personally like the sharpness of the glasses but the forehead is grainy now. And you're right about the triangle dinges. I was never very good at text and such so I normally don't include it but for some reason I added a delta sign anyway.
