    I'm not really sure if anyone can help you with that one. The picture just isn't clear enough and the letters on the number plate aren't visible, photoshop wouldn't help (I think).

    You are correct. If the detail isn't there in the first place, there's nothing Photoshop can do since it doesn't exist.

    Is there anyway you can post up a higher res version?
