Ok so there is no real depth to the sig :\ read some tutorials here www.digitaldelusions.com/site

Also never put text in the corner, it distracts from the focal, i always say ditch text altogether, but if u need to, divide your signature into 9 segments, and where two lines meet are the best place to put it for best composition.

little bland in my opinion, and the text could use some work.
try duplicatin the render layer and doin stuff like smudgin it and clonin and erasing parts.
for the background, it just needs something more to it, some sort of texture, look on deviant art or some similiar website for like a paper texture or something.
the type isn't too bad, you've definitely got the right idea in terms of spacing and stuff, i think that you simply need to find a different font or try to make it more interesting by using more than one font (

try that site out for mixing different types)
basically in my opinion, you've got all the right ideas you just need to use them more and integrate them together a little better, so just keep on keepin on and you'll be good. :) good luck, if you have any questions or anything feel free to ask me via pm or something, i'm usually more than willing to help if i can find the time.
