There's a difference between flame and criticises, I know the text isn't good but saying you dont like something cause it's nit your style is much worse than saying your lighting needs work. I rather prefer have constructive criticcism and if any says watch some tuts because they think I'm new

sorry if u think im flaming :P but what is that. a space stock, render and a mess of c4ds. the c4ds on the right have been distorted and made thin whereas the ones on the right are wider. it doesnt look attractive at all :| . also the render is very low quality. no lighting at the focals what so ever.

Hmm...what I'm about to say was exactly what I was told the other day, because I used to make sigs like that. Stop trying to use so many c4d's. If you want background then start making your own with clipping masks and other effects. Also, start using channel mixtures and gradient maps to help blend your picture more. Also, try not to use all of 1 or two colors smudged together. There's way to much blue in there. Plus, if you wanna at least try to make that sig better..give it more depth (i.e. blurring your outside and sharpening your focal) andddd try go get the flow going better. You have your c4d's going all over the place and nothing flows with the render....well, the render doesn't have much flow either....but I hope I helped xD

Theres a difference between flaming an C&C.
    Flaming is.
    Ex.You Signature sucks D*ck.
    C&C is.
Ex.Looks messy no flow and overall its bad.
You need to understand that not everyone gonna baby you with there C&C.
And the style complaint,Well while your veiw counts people wanna see what they want.Your not gonna get any were professional if its every style "You" like.
No contractor wants a messy riped images and filled with tradmark images.
Ex.Someone orders a poster for a Butcher shop. When you give them a clutter up image with Venom on it there not gonna give you anything but a bad reputation.
So make what people wanna see.
    BtW:The C&C
Messy, the Sig and render doesn't match,no blending,Little depth (only thing going for it)too many nasty C4Ds,and no little flow, more detalis the render has decent Q,Over sharpen in places and over blurred in places.
Over all "EWW",Defently not a good style for you.
Oh ya,Even though you said don't bother you with the text i am any way just out of curiosity. What up with the text?
seriously i can't stop coming back with more C&C!

Sincerely with all my heart,Greyson K. (GtG Ghosty)

    Now let see...

Well, the focal point it's in the correct position. You nailed that down good.

    Now:
-The depth is off. You got it only to some places. It needs to be every where. Try using the blur tool and create 3 stages of blur to cause a fantastic depth. Like, blur an area, the back ground, with some strong blur but with no over use. Mid ground, make it look regular, like the average looking blur you can come up with. Then, as you reach Venom, make a really seeming less blur around him. Dodge a bit over him and around his shape/outlines, to make him stand out more. Black brush the edges and burn them slightly. Try to burn the areas around the sig, but not the render, and make the brushing slight.

-Effects can be dealt with some better placing. Try to get them to flow.

-Could use some coloring or better coloring. Try to use gradient maps and photo filters. Use them according to the existing colors and the more dominant ones to make it look well blended.

-Quality. Sharpen the render and if it's to sharpen, EDIT> Fade Sharpen. Use high pass filter if necessary (filter>other>high pass) and reduce some noise to improve some of the messed up features on the render do to sharpen (filter>noise>reduce noise).

    -Adjustments. Play around with:
    a)Levels layer
    b)Exposure layer
    c)Threshold layer
    d)Gradient map layer
    e)Photo filter layer
    f)Selective colors
    g)Hue & Saturation
    h)Brightness & contrast
    i)Color Balance
    j)Curves

You can find these on: Layer>New adjustment layer. These will help you get a better more desired outcome.

-Lighting. You can make a new layer and use a soft white brush or any color that matches the blending. To help it, try to also dodge in a way that redirects to render. Make the light according to the renders light position. In this case on the upper left corner. Dodge slightly and burn around the light to emphasize but don't make it look strong or forced or obvious. You can then try using lighting effects filter (filter>render>lighting effects) if you want a more better looking light.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------

Overall nice beginner sig. Just needs some tweaks and with a little more experimenting. You'll get it in no time. Kiu-
