Text help please!

In my opinion I have improved greatly on my sig's. Buttttttttt......... I still dont know how to properly put text into a sig. Like in this one for example where would I put it what font and sizes and stuff?



I tried this but it just doesnt seem right.

I've used imageshack for everything. Its never seemed to not work...
