I just made my first tutorial. I believe i made it the right size but i don't know a place to upload it that wont shrink it. Any help?

Also if i find it to be the wrong size (since i used the mag glass while making it) is there a way to make it bigger?

photobucket did this to it which i dont know is because it is to small or the size was to large for photobucket

are u sure, they shouldn't if you use imageshack and tinypic. It would give you a smaller % like 42% or something and u can click on it to expand.

After the image is uploaded, make sure you are getting the Direct URL from the website and not the thumbnail. That may be the problem.

You could upload your tutorials to Deviantart and direct link from there.
