Hey, got somewhat of a complicated request. I need a website banner done...shouldn't be too much harder than a sig. Has to be 850x90 Those three stars should come in from different sides towards the sun in the middle with those lines coming out of it. The stars should have some resemblance of movement, like they're closing in on the sun if you know what i mean. The background should be http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/media/images/44640000/jpg/_44640499_soldiers_afp8_466b.jpg that, or some other image of the russian army you want to use. Make kind of half transperent, behind the sun/ stars work, with nothing behind it. In the very front should be the words "The International". Make it cool looking, either red or yellow. Border is optional, whatever looks better to you. Here's a rough Paint sketch I came up with that ROUGHLY describes my idea -the bg. Thank you so much, appreciate it!!!!!!
