How do you give this effect to a picture?

    I THINK he drawed the lines. For the rest it looks really amazing but I don't have any clue.

    i used to have the program but i cant find it now... just search for a program that makes 3D images for 3D glasses

    lol because only zohair asked ;p
    here you go;
    1 - Open up your picture.
    2 - Edit it now, before we do the effect(i.e. fix the contrast, make b&w, etc.)
    3 - now duplicate the layer.
    4 - select the top layer and go to image > adjustments > curves.
    5 - select the red channel and set output to 0 and input to 251 and hit ok and your top layer should be entirely cyan.
    6 - select the bottom layer and again image > adjust > curves.
    7 - this time do what we did before but to the green+blue channels. okay it and your bottom layer should now be red.
    8 - now reselect the top layer and set it to screen.
    9 - OH NO THE IMAGE IS THE SAME AGAIN D:
    10 - grab the move tool and move the top layer left/right.
    and there you go, 3d effect =]

    I'm clueless how it's done at first. That looks pretty cool. Nice share.
