I don't like the fact that graphics side is decreasing in population. But i do it as a hobby and will continue to make all kinds of graphics till i die. I make things from Wallpapers to Logos and signatures of course. We should bump up the graphics community and get more people involved

Well everyone here has there own opinions, whether you think gfx is in or out the fact of the matter is its never going to be out, GFX is amazing and alls i know is when i hop on my computer and open up photoshop its like i can express my feelings into a masterpiece and this comes with experience and dedication, so i think gamerenders defiantly should keep doing what they are doing because there will always be newcomers, just like when gamerenders FIRST opend im sure u didnt have 500 people posting everyday... it took quite a while to get to where u are today, things are going to get better if you just update the site... i used to love this site when the credits where available and u could buy things with credits, its GENIUS because not everyone has real cash to just throw away on graphics... so Shaggy my advice to you is to keep it up... this site is still popular.. and with the new update im sure it can only get better... just make things more open by adding some new features such as...

New stuff things that are extremely hard to find
    like

Tuts that would just amaze people that are soo easy but have amazing effects.

or even warez that are hard to come by... like some sites have VIP just like this site... but if u make it free more people will join.

I wish I had taken the time to get good at making sigs. I tried it and PS was just too complicated for my simple mind... or at least it seemed like it at the time

unfortunately if alot of people are like me, it sort of just a trend. I still do sigs, but nothing like I did when i joined this forum. Unfortunately now real life, family, work has me forgetting about this place for years at a time :(. I have friends who like to play with photoshop and i always suggest this site, even if I'm not on anymore. (this is my first post in 2 years :( )

2005-2008ish were sick days on forums. Everything has dropped now. Maybe the age group that was into it during these times grew out of it and the next just isn't finding it as interesting now.

I find I come to the site in phases. Maybe a month of checking the site regularly, then getting amused by stuff IRL/other sites, before remembering and coming back.

The fact I havn't opened photoshop in like 2 years is probably also a factor. Shame on me!

i still remember the days when that guy tim0z started selling his c4d renders which were at that time "the first of it's kind" for 1000 creds per person. to make a sig all you had to do was drag and drop some of them and mess around with the blending options. lol
