    I know you guys have said a bunch about Linux in another thread, but how many have actually used it? I'm dual-booting this PC with FC3 and it owns most other distrobutions.....Anywho, if you want to try linux, get Slax or Knoppix, I first tried knoppix and it is awesome...By the way, what's Cedega?

    Never tried it, i stick with windows (i thort i had to answer cos i hate ppl bumping)

    Cedega is the new way to call WineX, the program used to play windows games on linux

    Oh, I use Wine, but I've never heard of WineX, and sorry about this sort of n00b question, but what the hell is bumping?

    The esiest way to start with linux is by using: SUSE linux, it is the linux that looks moast like Windows. moastly of the KDE desktop. Wich allows u to use mouse in an windows looking enviorment. Suse also comes with a program that allows u to run windows apps. This is also the best way to learn the basic commands.

    linux isnt so bad, its faster than most of the other opperating systems

    Thanks :) Bumping is when you post something like : "BumpZ00r!!!!" and it makes the post to get up in the forum listing (Sorry if you don't understand what I just wrote, I tryed my best but I'm still a french speaker lol) I guess that fc3 stands for Fedora core 3 am I right?

    Ey umm...wuts Linux...i kno its sum program but whut exactly is it...im thinking that its an alternative to Windows?
