I like the clipping over the text, it's a very well-composed piece. The coloring is a little off, though, it's drawing my attention far, far away from the focal and more towards the lower-right of the piece. The lightning bolt coming from the top adds an unusual flow that counters the horizontal thing you've got going on-- I'd recommend removing that and smoothing out the colors, but other than that, great job
