Nice but you should try and make the blur more subtle. My eyes went over there instead of the focal, and the focal is a bit low quality.
Nah, you're right... It's hard to really get a focus out of it. I have good eyes, and I find myself having to search the canvas to figure out what it is. I think the biggest problem is that there might have been too many mistakes, so the black and white was the only option to cover it. That making the darks really dark, and the light spots stand out more. That means there needs to be less contrast, and more blending from dark to light.
