im new to GFX and i just got GIMP , can somone please tell me how do i cut parts of an image out and paste it onto a different background or layer . for example i have a picture of mike tyson standing infront of a crowd, i want to cut him out of the image and place him on a background i have created myself. any tips would be welcomed, thankyou
