Get photoshop (there are a lot of ways, both legit and the other method of which I won't go into details), or Gimp (which is free free free), and do tutorials. this site has a massive backlog of tutorials, so sit down, drink some coffee and start doing them. if you find one you like, do it a few times. it all helps. then once you have a good understanding of the program you use, and are confident in what you need in a good signature/lp/c4d, you can start experimenting on your own.
