Look like you're still new to making sigs, I'd recommend playing with the tools like the smudge tool, messing with blending options, any effects you like would be good to use to. You can definitely make some great stuff though.
I see you are using alot of ripple filter or something like that, don't be afraid to use more filters, follow some tutorials and you'll get better in few months if you are dedicated. Also read some tutorials about focal, flow, depth, lighting and text blending. B) Good luck!

Try a site called deviantart.com, search for focal-, depth-,lighting etc tutorials. Then when you got it cleared out try to search for Beginner sig tutorials/tag tutorials, start off there and when you are ready go ahead and try something more difficult Deviantart is also a good resource site for brushes and C4D effects and so on.
