Not sure, depends on how the skin itself looks, thus how difficult it is to code. But euh, get that skin made and I'll have a look at it. Then I'll let you know if I will/can do it.
Like I said, it all depends on how the skin looks But you can easily count $40-$50 though, which is fairly cheap.
