<3 my iPhone, assume its pretty much the same as an iPod so I'd say that.. Never owned a Zune though so have no real basis for comparison.

They both do what you need them to do. I've found the Zune comes in much more appropriate sizes (in terms of HD space) and works well, but I enjoy my iPod none-the-less. You can't really go bad either way. If you're interested in watching clips / tv shows, you need to find one with a decent resolution (read: resolution, not screen size, there is a difference) and for that I'm not too sure as I use my Blackberry for video clips.

zuneHD has more horsepower under the hood, the iPod has more fanboys and 3rd party bull----.

    the choice is yours.

I'm assuming you're talking about the iPod Touch.

So if you are, go for that.

iPod Touch for sure. No other MP3 player can come close because of the huge amount of iPhone/Touch apps available.

Plus its the sexiest, smallest, and most intuitive of them all.

thanks for the help so far.

Id like to know if any of you ( Ipod touch owners encountered with technical problems while having it ) I had 2 guys who complained of shutdowns.

overall is it a trusted player?

It's great. I've never had any major problems, and most people who complain about iPods being less reliable than others often ignore the fact theres about 100x more than them around than any of the rival MP3 players.

As long as your iPod doesn't get dropped occasionally and is kept away from water, then you shouldn't encounter any problems.

Sure there's the rare and random freeze that forces you to restart, but thats normal with most MP3 players, phones, etc.

It sucks the Ipod doesn't have a removable battery. Not a HUGE deal, but still

I choose the Zune HD over the iPod anyday.

if you consider it IF apple didnt put APPS in it IT wouldnt be as great.

Zune has Touch Screen and a wayyyyyyyy Better Screen (OLED)

while the iPod touch as the LED Screen (Not as Bright)

If you wanna watch good videos and see some decent graphics than go with the Zune.

If your just a app person and dont like anything other than games and apps fine. Go for the iPod Touch
