Well the focal could be larger and the text needs work.

 

Try not to use centered focals when making a signature, most often it ruins the compo.

the focal point.
something your eyes are automatically drawn to.
in the case of signatures it's generally the face of renders.


try to keep the focal point to the right or left of the sig, but not too far.

And another thing: I'm not sure what your school's IP restrictions are, but try to find a better stock image. Quality is key. =]

 

text needs major work, try adding some effects and better blending of your render.
