    For this pic I wanna know how to make a picture glow like..and I love the text on here..I wanna make stuff like that.

    I wanna know how to make a backround pattern like this pic..and the font with the graphic on the back.Also the shinyness to it ha.

    Render > Lens Flare > play around with it
    Text = set different characters different colors. Duplicate layer, throw on bottom, do some motion blurs, enjoy
    Shininess = Lens Flare
