He never said anything about your opinion. He said don't judge rap and hip hop nowadays by what you hear on the radio and tv. Way to get defensive.

    what shoe said

Rap is cursed with no-talent whackjobs just like any other type of music. If there wasn't tards like FloRida, then people like Tupac, Eminem, 50-cent (HAHA KIDDING), and biggie wouldn't look as good.

^^ exactly what im trying to preach.

Kanye is a fan of Daft Punk thats why he used their material, a very large percent of producers take older songs and mix them up. Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor album was all samples, kanye uses samples.

dont be jealous that you can't do what he's got. Flo-Rida's producer just got lazy, i dont like him in general, but im not gonna let you put Rap down in general...

I know Im gonna catch a good flaming for this but look at rap these days. 99% of it is nothing more then garbage. I would personally like to hear music that has meaning.. Not someone sayin they are gonna spend a million dollars on some stupid peice of tin they put around their teeth. Now as for the music played in rap songs alot of the stuff is ripped off from other bands.. The majority of them bein rock bands. Rappers just cant come up with beats anymore and that seriously kills that whole genre for me. Once again Im sure im gonna catch a good flaming for this so flame away.

Lol well that has to be the weakest flame Ive ever gotten. Dont be upset cause I make a point kid. Take my post and try to prove me wrong. Unless your sayin that because you wanna get your post count up. Im right though. There isnt a single rapper out there that sings about anything that worth listening to anymore.

Only doin my part to keep threads alive. I have a view on the subject so I dont think Im doin anything wrong by posting on an old topic. Its better to bring back on old thread then start a whole new one. Now would you like to talk about rappers stealin music or would you like to continue to try and flame me and fail?
