Already dates back from August 31st, but only just now came across it.
The deal was cut at a whopping $4 billion...

Disney now owns over 5000 Marvel characters and the idea is to put those in upcoming Disney games, movies, and their theme parks.
So yeah, don't be surprised to run across Iron man next time you visit Disney World xD.

But I don't think it's bad actually. Not that it will matter so much for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts, but the one following that could be made pretty epic imo.

I predict Marvel action figures in Toy Story 3.

Overall, assuming Disney doesn't try to control Marvel, it'll be a very good deal for them. They now have the advertising capabilities of Walt Disney, which is pretty much the largest in the world. They also now have the ability to buy back their superheroes that were sold off to keep Marvel afloat after so many bad years. Disney actually has a dark and sexual past. One only needs to watch The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, or The Lion King to see plenty of 'sexual' intentions. Not to mention the fact that most Disney movies are a 'kids-friendly' version of often darker tales. Walt Disney believed in the ideals of Adolf Hitler, and his brother was quite a ------ed up person.

Snow, Glass, Apples is a good story. Neil Gaiman has written very few stories that could be considered anything but pure genius.

I'd hope so too. Going to Disney is a bummer if you're over the age of.. 10... Nothing to do if you don't have the attention span of a fly.
