Well let us see. The texts are sometimes hard to read, like "Events" or "Discussions". You have to make it a little bit more bold maybe. So it becomes easier. I do not know if that splatter style is fitting to the style of the XR you made there, I would have applied some clear style and not some splatter / grungy style as it even makes the font harder to read. Use another color than red for the "and more! and "XboxRealm.com" because the bacgkround has just that red. :>
