    Hmn let us see.
The flow on the left side is pretty there. The background colors are not very nice, they could be stronger, as the color of the render.
I would have placed the render complete in the signature so you see the full head, otherwise it looks a little bit odd.
The lighting is bad. You have to add a light source. For example at the top left because yo ucould add
a nice lighting there at the back of the render to get a really nice depth. If you notice his right arm
you can see that there is a lighter spot as well, so you have no other choice than adding a light
    source there.
The colors on the right side are too strong or let us say, to much heading in the red direction.
I would have used some sepia tone.

    The font sucks.
Sorry to say it like that but it is too big, just white nothing really there.
I know you wanted to make it grungy but you kinda messed it up

    keep up the work. :-9

Ye but it kinda does not match to the tag.
It draws away too much concentration from the tag so your focal gets
    ruined.
If you really want to use that font you have to make it smaller and put more
focal on the render by using a good lighting. With black and white gradients and
    some blending effects.
    :>

Yeah.... I tried blending it to make it less visible...... didn't work :/. Anyway, thanks for the advice, I shall take it to heart.

Well. Just try to improve on your next signature. :>
When you worked all the time to get the font like that for your signature
it is kinda hard to overdo it since you have to focus on several layers. :)
Looking forward for you work. :]
