Hey I'm just wondering how I am suppose to kno if the claim I filed through half.com went through or not. Where is the confirmation telling me that it has been done. I went to file claim and it brought me to a new page just talking about certain policies and a 48 hr wait period after contacting the seller. Should the file claim notification be under status?

Have you waited the 48 hour period? What is your claim regarding? It would probably be easier to contact customer support.

Well i bought the new batman arkham asylum game for $35 dollars off a guy who had no rating, I was like o wat the hell good cheap price might as well go for it. It has been at least 2 weeks now and I still haven't recieved a confirmation of shipping so I went to check out my item again and while searching, I found the member had unregistered and I was unable to leave feedback because apparently the transaction doesn't exist. So I left a email to the seller and he/she hasn't replied, so now I'm trying to file a claim. About costumer support, they don't seem to have a phone number so this is really getting annoying.

That's great and all, but this is Gamerenders, not e-bay's alternate auction site for questions regarding another website owned by e-bay.

Contact the site's customer support, they will assist you, not us.
