Color Problem

Not sure what is causing it but I set my bg color on a sig to the same as the bg color used here but after I upload it and view it on the site it changes to a different color is it just me or does it appear the same for you guys and how do I fix this? Example below :

The First image is a .jpg saved in photoshop using the same color Background as here and then uploaded to tinypic for me the color of this background after the upload is #101010 , The second image is a saved transparent .png which of course for me shows the right background color of #0d0d0d


However if I right click the .jpg and save it and view it in photoshop it shows the correct color it is only doing it on my browser :\

 

Colors look fine to me.

 

Stop using IE and start using FF.

see her upper right leg? you should blur that edge or something. it's the first thing i noticed. it draws your eye
