Well damn, that looks hot :D

I'm gonna go with V2 because I feel the lighting is better there. THe extra light source on V1 at his back looks kinda off. without it, in V2, it makes that the render is better blended as well.

What is that bg made of if I may aks; is it a C4d?

This is some amazing work you should give yourself a pat on the back.
I agree with Sanity v.2 is better.

    I disagree...

If you look at the render it already has lighting coming from the right, the orange glow you have
in V1 adds depth and lighting to the signature. His eyes are also a bit weird looking, it caught my
eye right away, did you add the orange color over them? if you did i say remove it or set the layer
to hue, if not try to recreate the eye and add a better blend of color to make them look more realistic.

In V2 you can tell you just darkened the lighting, it makes it look badly contrasted and its color
    and depth is effected.

Also a few tips that will help you on this signature:

    - Theres a peice of C4D or whatever you used by his arm on the right side, put a 0.4 gaussain blur
on it and you'll create more depth and a better focal point.
    - the left side of the signature isn't dark enough, it looks like it was a bright or brighter area, that you
just place a slight black smog across, add a 0.2 gaussain blur and darken it some more.
Make sure the blur fades into the center other wise it'll look like its out of place.

    Thanks for the comments guys!

@ Sanity Penguin: The background was made with a C4D (multiples of the same one).
    @ Mod5.0: Thank you very much :D
@ Proximity-HazeD: Thanks for very helpful comments!
