It looks good, it does look messy and a little unblended. I like how its like his thoughts are turning into bright pieces of light and flying around, but that can also make it look a little messy. The wings with the brain doesn't really blend it exactly but its not a huge deal. In all its not ----- but its not bad. So good work ;]
Like the concept, but not the execution. Text could use a lot of work, and Einstein could be a bit sharper and have some color to him. He looks quite pale right now.

You can't really tell the focal of the image... is it Einstein? Or is it the text above him? Either way, both are out of place and Einstein is very out of focus. I suggest sharpening him more and try integrating the top with the bottom more.
Einstein isnt really the focal. this is a design for an upcomming shirt and wat im trying to express here is a free mind/open thoughts/creative thinking. Einstein is there because he was one of the brightest minds in history and i added some text with his equations so it can relate to him. Free Mind World is the name of the company so i have to make it stand out so people can notice us Thank you everyone for their comments and critics
