Seems to me black & white is pretty popular again About the sig though, a bit too much white I feel. I think you should darken it a bit and maybe add a sharpen filter as well, as the entire sig looks a bit grainy and unfocussed. Nice touch to do the lips in red
Nice render, like the red lips. Just like penguin said, maybe you want to sharpen it a bit, to focus on the vocal
