i have tryed a number of theme altering programs for windows xp and windows blinds is by far the best. i got my download at http://www.download.com/3001-2326_4-10360613.html

once u have downloaded and installed it there is an option to 'install skin from web' which takes u to a very large selection of skins that u can download, nearly all look awesome and r very easy 2 do so go for that 1

If your going to get windows blinds make sure you have alot of RAM. If not its a waste of RAM.

I would have to reccomend Litestep over any other shell replacement or WB ...especiall WB. You're askin for a large loss of computer memory using that garbage.

Great Looks, Great Stability, even FREE UP more resources using Lite Step. Also has many themes and addon applications, totally customizable and been around for at least 5 years if not a little longer.

ThemeXP is 1000x better... you have more choices to change your comp...

You can change the boring black windows screen when your computer and the log off screen!

and for the right amount of credits... ill pay for your activation! pm me if you are interested.

there are other stardock programs besides windowblinds that let you do that as well.
    change startup screen
    change login screen
    change icons
    change cursur

and free at their website. ;)

isnt themexp only a 30 day trial then u gotta get a code or something?

well windowblinds is forever and u only have to pay if u want more skinning options, not like u need any
