    I don't like the colors.
    Text in bottom right isn't great.
    Nice Bg effects though.
    You should try make the guys gun blend in a little more.

    Not of fan of the texting either. But I quite like the effect. It gives great depth and really makes it look like the guns are popping out.
    I'd get rid of the Res5 text and maybe try and blend things better down there.

    Background needs a little work. Depth is ok, maybe add some lighting. Colors seem dulled down.
